TUMBLING
BEGINNER Fundamentals
A beginner tumbling program that focuses on developing fundamental tumbling skills, body awareness and core strength. Students learn skills including handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, bridges and back walkovers with the goal to develop the strength, flexibility and coordination necessary to advance to the Back Handspring Class.
Back Handspring
A staple of cheer, this class focuses on learning, strengthening, and perfecting the back handspring. Success in this class prepares the tumbling student for upper level tumbling programs.
Int/Adv Tumbling
Intermediate and Advanced Level students expand their skills and connect individual movements through a variety of tumbling combinations.
